1. Project  #

You can insert New Projects and assign them to teams.

New Button #

Click on the “New” Button and Provide the following information to create a new Project.

2. Milestone  #

You can assign Milestones to your projects.

New Button #

Click on the “New” Button to assign a project its title, enter the start date, end date, and required documents.

3. Team  #

In this module, you can view or create teams against every project.

New Button #

Click on the “New” button to enter the team name and assign a team leader.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.

  • In Edit Action, you can Edit Team Information.
  • With the Delete button, you can remove the current team information.

4. Client #

You can create accounts for new business clients.

New Button #

Click on the “New” button to create a new client account and insert the following Information.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.

  • In Edit Action, you can Edit Client Information.
  • With the Delete button, you can remove the existing client information.

5. Jobsites #

You can provide Information against each Jobsite for different projects.

New Button #

Click on the “New” button to create a new Jobsite and insert the following Information.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.

  • In Edit Action, you can Edit Jobsite Information.
  • With the Delete button, you can remove the existing Jobsite information.
