EMS Features

Employee Productivity #

This module displays the detail against every Exe. User Productivity.

It has two tabs.

1.   Working Days #

You can check user working days and Productivity Timing.

New Button #

Click on New Button if you want to add new users working days and hours.

Action button #

There is two Action Buttons “Edit” and “Delete”. Edit Button allows you to change or edit the working days and hours of specific users. The delete button allows you to delete the working days and hours of specific users.

2.  Set Productive application #

This tab allows you to assign productive, unproductive, and blocked applications to new users.

Action button #

Click on the Action button and provide the following information.

Note: When you create a new user all applications are recorded as un-productive applications.

Activity Log #

This module displays the Activity track of every user.

It has two tabs.

1.   Live Tracking #

It displays every action taken on the Exe user system.

2.  Activity Logs #

This Tab shows how much time a user spends on Productive, non-productive, and blocked applications and online (With Website names).

You can search user activity logs via

  • Date range
  • Username
  • Productive time
  • Application \ Website

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively

Settings

You can manage your account setting here.

1.   Space Management #

You can manage your account space in this module.

Edit Button #

If account space is getting full, users can delete screenshots of specific or all users to free space.

2.  EMS suspension rights #

If an application user allows any exe user to stop EMS processing, they can do so in this module.

3.  Alarm and triggers #

Manage the Alarm triggers on violations against every user.  Application users can turn on or off email, screenshots, or popups against any violation of a specific exe.user.

4.  Tenant Setting #

The tenant can control the following settings of EMS.

  1. Screenshots intervals
  2. Country Time Zone
  3. Productive Benchmark in Percentage.

Project Management #

1.   Project #

You can insert New Projects and assign them to teams.

New Button #

Click on the “New” button and provide the following information to create a new Project.

2.  Milestone #

You can assign Milestones to your projects.

Click on the “New” button to assign a project its title, enter start date, end date and required documents.

3.  Team #

In this module, you can view or create teams against every project.

New Button

Click on the “New” button to enter the team name, and assign a team leader.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.

In Edit Action you can Edit team Information.

With the Delete button, you can remove the existing team information.

4. Client #

You can create accounts for new business clients.

Click on the “New” button to create a new client account and insert the following information.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.  In Edit Action you can Edit client Information.  With the Delete button, you can remove the existing client information.

5. Jobsites #

You can provide information against each Jobsite for different projects.

New Button

Click on the “New” button to create a new Jobsite and insert the following information.

Action Buttons #

In the Action section, you have two options: “Edit” and “Delete”.

In Edit Action you can Edit Jobsite Information.

With the Delete button, you can remove the existing job site information.

Reports #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the reports in the following formats.

  • PDF
  • CSV
  • Excel

1.   Attendance reports #

You can view and print the attendance of every user.

You can search for exe. user attendance via three methods.

  • Date Range
  • User name
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

2. Group Productivity report #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the Group Productivity reports

You can search for exe. user Group Productivity report via two methods.

  • Date Range
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

3. Low Performer report #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the report of low performer employees.

You can search for Low Performer via three methods.

  • Date Range
  • Username
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

4.  Productivity Report #

In this module, web application users can generate and print reports on productivity and every employee.

You can search for a productivity report via three methods.

  • Date Range
  • Username
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

5. Top application #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the report of all top applications that are being used by exe users.

You can search for Top applications via two methods.

  • Date Range
  • Application name

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

6. Top Performer #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the report of Top performer employees.

You can search for Top Performer via three methods.

  • Date Range
  • Username
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

7. Top Sites #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the report of all top Websites that are being visited by exe users.

You can search for Top websites via two methods.

  • Date Range
  • Website Name

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.

8. Violation report #

In this module, web application users can generate and print the report of all Violations that are being conducted by Exe users.

You can search for all violations via three methods.

  • Date Range
  • Username
  • Department

These Methods can be used exponentially or collectively.
