Install EMS On the Employee system #
You can install EMS on Employee’s system in 2 ways #
- Invite Employee Via Email
- Share via any Network sharing or the screen sharing tool
Invite Employee #
Click on this, and insert the employees’ Emails to invite them. The employee will get a link and tenant ID. After all, download the exe.
Download Employee Setup #
Let’s go through some easy steps.
- After accessing the dashboard, you have to download the setup file (ClientMonitorsetup.zip) from the top right corner.
- Unzip the file in this folder, and you will see the ClientMonitorSetup file and Tenant key.
- Share ClientMonitorSetup.exe with all those employees who will be monitored. You can share this via any Network sharing or screen sharing tool.
- Install it on their systems
- After installation, a form will appear asking for a tenant key which is already provided in the tenant file.
- After verification, save the tenant key.
- An SSL certificate will pop up; click on yes to continue.
NOTE: Check the task manager to confirm if the ClientMonitor is working or not
View Activation key #
This activation key is a code used to register or activate the EMS.
Change Password #
You will see the Option of Change Password on the Top Right Corner.
To change your current Password, click on it.
A popup will appear in which you have to insert the following details.
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm Password
Now click on the Save button, and your password will be changed.
Add User and Space #
Click on the plus sign if you want to add more user or data space to your current package.
Each user and data addition will cost you extra money accordingly.
Package up-gradation #
If you want to upgrade Form the current package, click on the upgrade button.
A dropdown will appear containing three choices
- Basic
- Standard
- Premium
Select your desired option and click update.
Live Monitoring #
In the middle, you will see a section of Live Monitoring.
Here you can Monitor all Employee’s screens Live.
To check on a specific employee, just left-click on his\her system screen, and it will provide you with the real-time activity on their system screens.

Live Tracking #
This Section Contains Dynamic blocks to display active applications running currently on the users’ system. (You can see what the user is doing currently on his\her system).
Analytical reports
This section will display the Daily Employee productivity report.
It contains four sub-sections.
1. Date Range Section #
To select the specific date range for displaying a productive report.
2. Department Section #
To display the reports to all users in a specified department.
3. User Section #
This section displays a Report for the Specified user.
There are five options from which you can check the user’s productivity.
- Total working hours
- Productive hours
- Total work hours
- Idle time
- Productivity Percentage
Top Performer #
It is a graphical representation of the Productivity of the top 10 employees.
(By default, it shows the last 7 days’ Productivity, but you can modify it according to your preference.)
It contains two sections.
- Date Range Section
To select the specific date range for displaying the Top 10 employees’ productivity reports.
- Graphical Pie Chart
It contains a Visual representation of Top Employees’ Productivity with Percentages.
Low Performer #
It is a graphical representation of the 10 lowest productive employees.
(By default, it shows the last 7 days’ Productivity, but you can modify it according to your preference.)
Here you’ll see,
- Date Range Section
To select the specific date range for displaying the top 10 lowest productive employees reports.
- Graphical Pie Chart
It contains a Visual representation of low productive users with Percentages.
User Application Usage Chart #
To display the usage of Productive, nonproductive, and blocked applications through a Column-stacked Chart.
(By default, it shows the last 7 days’ Productivity, but you can modify it according to your preference.)
Here you’ll find two more sections
- Date Range Section
To select the specific date range for displaying a productive report.
- User Section
To display a Report for Specific users.
Group Productivity Chart #
It is a graphical representation of Group Productivity.
(By default, it shows the last 7 days’ Productivity)
You can select the department of your choice to visualize its Productivity.
Top Application Chart #
It shows which Applications are used with their Percentage in Pie Chart Form.
It has two items
- Date Range Section
To select the specific date range for displaying the app usage report.
- Application category
You can select among
- Productive apps
- Nonproductive apps
- Blocked apps
Top Websites Chart #
It shows which Websites are primarily used with their Percentage in Pie Chart Form.
It has two further options,
- Date Range Section
To select the specific date range for displaying Websites usage reports.
- Website category
You can select between
- Productive Websites
- Nonproductive Websites
- Blocked Websites
Website Pending Classification #
All visited websites that have not been categorized \ classified are shown here to specify their Category and classification.
You can set the Category between
- Productive Websites
- Nonproductive Websites
- Blocked Websites
To view history, click on “classify pending websites.” You will find the “View History” option in the right corner. Click on it, and here you can edit history as you need.
